One of the things that I am most passionate about is helping other leaders reach the next level in their lives, in their ministries and in their relationship with Jesus.

Over the past 20 years I have had the honor of serving in almost every aspect of vocational ministry. From being a volunteer youth pastor to church planting, leading a single department to leading in a multi-site model.

One of the things I love to do most is to share my experiences, ideas and lessons learned while standing in the corner with other leaders. The best way I know to do this is one on on coaching while focussing on the specific areas that you want to grow in most.
